Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. If you need to reschedule or cancel within that 24-hour window, a rescheduling fee of 50% of the service price will apply (must contact us directly). No-call, no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the service total. Please note: Any discounts, gift cards, or promotional offers applied to a missed or late-rescheduled appointment will be forfeited. Cancellations MUST be handled through the link provided in your appointment reminders OR by contacting 662-350-0257. Reminder texts are automated and we are unable to see any responses sent to those messages. Should an attempt to cancel be made via text to any number besides 662-350-0257, your appointment will not be cancelled and the No Call No Show fee will still apply. Feel free to text or call and leave a voicemail if contacting us outside of business hours. Cancellations made outside of the 24-hour window via text or voicemail (to 662-350-0257 ONLY) will still be honored. Professional Conduct & Safety Policy: Blissful Balance is a professional therapeutic wellness practice. The safety, comfort, and respect of both the client and provider are taken very seriously. Any inappropriate behavior, suggestive remarks, or actions of a sexual nature during a session will result in the immediate termination of the service. If a session must be stopped due to inappropriate behavior: The full service fee will still be charged The client will be permanently blocked from booking future services Blissful Balance reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion These boundaries are in place to maintain a safe, respectful, and professional healing environment for all clients and providers.
